I've been drawn to helping people & animals for as long as I can remember.  

Yet, when I found myself in the throes of my own grief, only then was my heart opened to the power of courageous healing. Through my personal and professional journey, I've learned the importance of BOTH/AND: to BOTH embrace the struggle AND seek opportunity (admittedly, sometimes the tiniest of opportunities) to find the good, the ease, the peace. 

It's my wish to offer you the same warmth, acceptance, and authentic challenge to grow that others have offered me in my journey. 

I want to be there for the uncomfortable stuff. I promise you that difficult experiences and stories won't scare me off. As we work together to unpack the tough stuff, you may find that heavy feelings begin to lift and old patterns no longer serve you. You may begin to move through the world a little lighter, with more self-trust, and a greater sense of purpose.
