I have formal training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I) and additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Ambedo Counseling is an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth and UHC/Optum. Ambedo Counseling is out of network for all other insurance plans but is in process of adding additional insurance providers.
Ongoing Counseling sessions: $120 (per 50-55 minute session)
