I hold both a bachelor's degree in Social Work and a master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Arizona which means that my practice is bound by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Statutes & Rules and the NASW Code of Ethics.
I have formal training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I) and additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Ambedo Counseling is an in-network provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth and UHC/Optum. Ambedo Counseling is out of network for all other insurance plans but is in process of adding additional insurance providers.
Ongoing Counseling sessions: $135 (per 50-55 minute session)
