INSURANCE

Ambedo Counseling is an in-network provider with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth and United Healthcare/Optum. 

COST OF SERVICES

Counseling sessions:  $135 (per 50-55 minute session) *Insurance may cover all or a portion of services. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your share of the cost. 

Ambedo Counseling accepts Debit/Credit/HSA. Payment is due at the time of service.

READY TO CONNECT?

If so, we'll start with an initial 15-minute consultation at no cost and with no obligation. During this phone call or video visit, we'll discuss what's bringing you to therapy and what you hope to gain from working with Ambedo Counseling. 

If we determine together that we are a good match for therapy, we'll schedule our first appointment. If we determine that we might not be the best match, I will help connect you with referrals to other therapists who might be a better match to meet your goals and needs. 

BEFORE YOUR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

I'll be in communication with you leading up to your first appointment. Please read all emails carefully and complete intake paperwork 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the need to reschedule. 

WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

Ambedo Counseling is located in Mesa, AZ in Dana Park at Baseline and Val Vista. When you arrive, please go to suite 214 and have a seat in the lobby. If we are meeting by video, I will send you a link for the virtual appointment in advance of our session. We will spend about 55 minutes together during this first appointment reviewing intake paperwork and ensuring that the services I provide are able to meet your therapeutic needs.
